Dinuguan (Filipino Pork Blood Stew)  ~  Slowly simmered pork pieces in a rich high protein pork blood broth.  Before you diss the dish, try it out yourself first!  This dish packs a flavourful combination of pork goodness with garlic, onions, vinegar, crushed peppercorns & rich wonderful stock that took hours to simmer into a delicious thick stew.  A great paring for Dinuguan would be either Steamed Rice or Regular Puto.


Note: Calling this dish, 'Filipino Chocolate Meat'... is just pure misleading!  No chocolate was ever involved on making Dinuguan.  Filipino Cuisine is very involved with 'Nose to Tail' cooking... and we should be proud of it!
